Questions, answered
How many skis can you tune at one event?
Our tuning crew turns 15 to 20 pairs an hour, about 100 pairs in a full day, with a 25-pair minimum. Gear drops off in timed blocks so nobody waits, and every pair is finished the same day. For bigger groups we add techs or a second day.
Where do you set up?
Lobbies, parking garages, plazas, loading docks, taproom patios, hotel ballrooms. The van carries full pro shop equipment, so we arrive self-contained with power and benches, and we leave the space cleaner than we found it.
What areas do you serve?
Denver, Boulder, and the Colorado Front Range today, with waitlists open for Salt Lake City, Seattle, Boston, Minneapolis, and Sacramento. Outside the Front Range, request a quote and we will price travel into your estimate.
How does booking work?
Get an instant estimate, send us 2 or 3 preferred dates, and we confirm against our tuning calendar, usually within one business day. A signed agreement locks your date. The balance is invoiced after your event, net 7.
What does a tune include?
Every pair gets edge work, base repair as needed, and a hot wax matched to Colorado conditions, done by our tuning crew on the pro shop equipment that travels in the van. Ski and snowboard tiers are set per event.
Can you handle food, music, and photos too?
Yes. The Office Day package already includes the tuning crew, a check-in host, branded signage, and apres music. Food truck, bar service, a photographer, a live DJ, and branded swag are add-ons, so your event is fully turnkey.
