Tell us about your program
Every Group Program is custom-scoped: headcount, venue, timing, rentals versus owned gear, and add-ons like photographers or apres staffing. Share the basics and we will come back with a full proposal, usually within one business day.

Group event questions
How does tuning work during a conference?
Gear is collected at check-in or overnight, tuned on site or nearby at 15 to 20 pairs an hour, and returned before the group's mountain day. Attendees never think about their skis; they just ride better.
Can you work inside a hotel?
Yes. We coordinate directly with hotel operations on space, power, insurance, and load-in. The van carries full pro shop equipment, so a ballroom, garage, or back-of-house area works as the shop floor.
How is this priced?
