Slope Ready Events exists because the two hardest parts of a great gear event, flawless tuning and flawless production, almost never live in the same company. Now they do.
The production side
Founder Joey Kercher has spent nearly two decades building experiential marketing and event staffing programs for national brands, with a network of more than 20,000 brand ambassadors and event pros. That machinery, staffing, logistics, client service, and turnkey production, is the backbone of every Slope Ready event.
The tuning side
Our founding tuning partner is Michael Walsh, The Ski Doctor, based in Silverthorne. Michael has run amenity tuning days for Google Boulder, Transwestern, and downtown Denver high-rises for three seasons and came into this season with nine events already booked. His van carries full pro shop equipment, and his crew turns 15 to 20 pairs an hour in timed drop-off blocks, with everything finished the same day.
