Slope Ready Events exists because the two hardest parts of a great gear event, flawless tuning and flawless production, almost never live in the same company. Now they do.
The production side
Founder Joey Kercher has spent nearly two decades building experiential marketing and event staffing programs for national brands, with a network of more than 20,000 brand ambassadors and event pros. That machinery, staffing, logistics, client service, and turnkey production, is the backbone of every Slope Ready event.
The tuning side
Our founding tuning partner is Michael Walsh, The Ski Doctor, Summit County's mobile tuning original. Michael has been rolling a full pro shop into Denver and Boulder buildings since 2017, tuning for teams at Google Boulder, Transwestern properties, and Shift workspaces, with the equipment and certified techs to turn 200 pairs in an afternoon.

The standard
Every tuner in the Slope Ready network works to the same certified standard: pro equipment, insured operations, and a quality bar set by the person who built mobile tuning in Summit County. As we grow beyond Colorado, that standard travels with us.
