You choose a give-back amount per tune, typically $10 to $15. It rides on top of each tune and goes straight to your school, PTA, ski club, or nonprofit after the event. Families skip the drive to the shop, kids' gear is ready for the season, and your organization banks real money for a single afternoon of promotion.

How does a ski tuning fundraiser raise money?

You set a give-back amount per tune, typically $10 to $15. It is added on top of the tune price, collected by us, and remitted to your organization after the event. 40 tunes at $15 is $600; 150 tunes is $2,250.

What does the school or nonprofit have to do?

Pick a date and tell your community. No volunteers, no selling, no handling money. We bring the tuning crew, the check-in host, the signage, and the payment system, and gear drops off in timed blocks so nobody waits.

Is this better than a typical fundraiser?

Families get real value: a professional tune they would pay for anyway, without driving to a shop. That is an easier ask than candy bars or wrapping paper, and it works every season.

When should we schedule it?

Early season (October to December) books fastest because everyone's gear needs a pre-season tune. A mid-season wax day in January or February also works well, and either way every pair is finished the same day.
